What Have I been up to? BMW things

It's been a really long time since I've updated a new post on my blog. I've been super busy at my full time job. However had some down time and managed to do some lighting.

Here are my two new BMW's I was working on.

I used direct lighting on this shot. Trying to venture more into environments, so I completely built the garage from scratch. Rusty on my modelling skills. Working on some new environment stuff in my free time, coming soon! Compositing was done in Photoshop for a quick retouch. I still want to re-work on this again, particularly on the highlight front of the car and spend a bit more time on the environment.

In this BMW shot, I tried to have some fun with my lighting and to really test my skillset. I actually use indirect lighting technique, bouncing lights off of cards, no GI was used. Compositing was done in Nuke, and retouched a little in Photoshop.
